Mark Plastow is a Process Safety Specialist of ENRgConsultants. He graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and then supplemented this with a Post Graduate Masters in Process Safety and Loss Prevention from Sheffield University.
Since graduating, Mark has spent nearly 30 years in the Oil and Gas Industry working around the world as a Lead Process Safety Engineer in downstream operations, upstream and downstream projects and onshore and offshore drilling operations. With ENRgConsultants, Mark has experience assessing and implementing Fire and Explosion Hazard Management for a wide variety of oil, gas, petrochemical and other clients in the high risk industries. In addition to developing guidance for Internal Floating Roof tanks, Mark has written and presented seminars on tank farm fire and protection systems
